1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participating in RWD Monsoon Miles 2026 involves running in monsoon conditions including wet surfaces, reduced visibility, mud, and puddles. I understand the physical demands and risks of endurance running and voluntarily assume all risks including slips, falls, heat exhaustion, dehydration, and muscle injury.
2. Medical Fitness Declaration
I confirm that I am medically fit to participate in this event. I declare that I have no medical condition that would make participation dangerous. If I have any known cardiac, respiratory, or orthopedic conditions, I have consulted a physician before registering.
3. Liability Release
I release RunWithDina, the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and venue (Suncity Club and Resort) from any and all liability for injury, illness, or death arising from my participation. I waive all claims for damages including injuries caused by other participants, course conditions, or weather.
4. Emergency Medical Authorization
I authorize the organizers to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if required during the event. I understand that I am responsible for all costs of any medical treatment provided.
5. Photo & Video Consent
I consent to being photographed and recorded during the event. I grant RunWithDina and event sponsors the right to use my likeness in photos, videos, and promotional materials across social media, website, and marketing channels without compensation.
6. No Refund & No Transfer Policy
I understand that registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. In case of event postponement or cancellation due to force majeure, the organizer's decision regarding refunds or rescheduling shall be final.
